Imam Sadr Foundation:
International Branches
The Imam Sadr Foundation has broadened its impact by setting up offices and associations in multiple countries. These branches have fostered a network of connections with Lebanese communities around the world, including in the UAE, and other Gulf nations, as well as in Africa and Europe. This global network helps the Foundation channel its aid and donations to a wider range of beneficiaries in Lebanon and overseas.
Founded in 2005 with the support of the Imam Sadr Foundation in Lebanon, the Imam Musa As-Sadr Charitable Association in Tehran—known as “Anjoman Khayriyeh Moassessat Imam Musa Sadr”—was established by a group of dedicated individuals. This non-profit Iranian association operates independently of political influences and serves as a vital link between the Imam Sadr Foundation in Lebanon and the Iranian community. By organizing a variety of programs and activities, the association gathers donations that help sustain and advance the Foundation’s ongoing projects in Lebanon.

The organization is a non-profit entity registered under U.S. 501(c)(3) status. Founded in 2005, it operates through an outreach office in Dearborn, Michigan, designed to connect with the Lebanese community in the United States. The office is dedicated to raising funds to support individuals in need both within the community and beyond, as well as to bolster the relief and development projects undertaken by the Foundation in Lebanon.
The Imam Sadr Foundation is expanding into additional associations officially registered with relevant authorities, aimed at facilitating communication with Lebanese communities in various countries. These branches focus on implementing humanitarian initiatives where needed, promoting cultural exchange, and raising awareness of the work of the main Foundation in Lebanon.
