Eid Clothing and Food for the Orphans

With the efforts of the benevolent, the Eid clothing and food rations, including meat and bread, were delivered to the homes of the girls of Rihab Zahraa Orphanage.

We thank the Diplomatic Spouses Association of Lebanon for their generous contribution to support the Environmentally- Friendly and Women Empowerment Project “Rozana” that includes gift items made of recycled paper, handcrafts, silver, and hand- woven carpet.
A delegation from the organization visited the Atelier located at the Cultural Compound. Ms. Rabab Sadr welcomed the guests and expressed gratitude to their efforts and contributions. Finally, they handed a cash donation to papyrus manager Ms. Badriyah Osta allocated exclusively to support Papyrus.

"Primary Health Care & Quality Management" Diploma for Nurses

The Department of Social Health Services and the Department of Human Resources @ Imam Sadr Foundation is proud of the nurses Fatima Sabra, Elham Safi El-Din, Manal Yahya, and Randa Aboud for earning diploma in Primary Health Care & Quality Management from LGU University in cooperation with Gates Group.
On this occasion, the Department celebrated with the graduates in the presence of the Director of the Research and Development Department. Muhammad Bassam, Director of the Administrative Affairs Department. Wasim Al-Zain, and Mr. Talal Hamadeh, and from the Department of Social Health Services Director Ghada Al-Zain and a number of employees and nurses.
This certificate contributes to:
– Developing and enhancing the employee’s administrative and leadership skills and strategic planning methods
– Knowing the appropriate health plans for health care centers
– Promoting community and psychological health
– Implementing accreditation principles and quality and auditing standards concerning patients and their families.
Col Head of Mission and Force Commander of the UNIFIL Visits ISF

UNIFIL Head of Mission and Force Commander Major General Stefano Del Col visited the Cultural Compound of Imam Sadr Foundation where he was received by Chairperson Ms. Rabab Sadr.
He presented the current obstacles and their impact on UNIFIL cooperation with the residents of the South. Major General Del Col recalled his long career with UNIFIL and highlighted the security challenges he faced in the past year. He also expressed his admiration for the contribution of institutions in the renaissance of society and in helping women to engage in economic and social activity in the South.
Our Nurses in Group Inter-Personal Therapy

A group of the Health Department nurses participated with the IMC- International Medical Corps, within the first research group in the Middle East, in the implementation of the first pilot project in the primary health care centers for the Group Inter-Personal Therapy or the personal psychological treatment for focus groups supporting each other through sessions facilitated by mental health nurses (skills and techniques appropriate for each case).
