ISF Health Programs
The right of people, all people, to good health is indisputable.
That’s why the network of health centers in Imam Sadr’s institutions is found: to heal the pain and even try to avoid it… To ensure the health of the body, and indeed integrated health, we work day and night, from the far south to the heart of Beirut during its ordeal caused by the port explosion. Today, this network has become an active partner for all health activists from local and international bodies and organizations. Be a partner in ensuring better health for everyone.
The Health and Social Services Program at Imam Sadr foundation (ISF) focuses on rural and semi-rural areas, serving the most deprived populations in Lebanon, through Primary Healthcare Centers, Medical Mobile Clinics, rehabilitation programs for people with special needs, community healthcare centers and school programs. Nearly 50 thousand persons visit these facilities annually, from all categories of ages & nationalities, benefiting from about 90 thousands services per year, with a multidisciplinary team approach, in a holistic person-centered care system.
These health & social care facilities offer, partly or completely, the following services and programs: general and specialized medical & nursing consultations, childcare vaccination program, mother and child health, non-communicable diseases management, mother and child health, elderly care, home-care, health promotion & public health, essential medications, diagnostic screening, nutrition, community mental health, mental health & psycho-social support for refugees & vulnerable populations, spinal cord injuries’ wellness, physiotherapy, occupational & psychomotor therapies, speech therapy, school health, development & social support, Covid19 management preventive programs, occupational health safety, disaster & relief management response, and finally, Accreditation Canada International Quality Improvement Program.
