The Imam Sadr Foundation (“we”, “our”, or “the Foundation”) is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of users of the Imam Sadr Foundation mobile application (“the Application”). This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, stored, and protected when using the Application.

1. Scope of This Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to all users of the Application, including public users accessing informational content and employees or authorized staff accessing private sections for internal events, reporting, and operational activities. By using the Application, you acknowledge and agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect
2.1 Public Users
Public users may browse informational content without creating an account. Limited technical information may be collected, such as device type and operating system, application version, and anonymous usage statistics (including page views and feature usage). No personally identifiable information is collected unless voluntarily provided, such as through a contact or inquiry form if available.

2.2 Employees and Authorized Users
Employees and authorized users must log in to access private features. Information collected may include full name, work email address, role or department within the Foundation, login credentials stored securely in encrypted form, event participation data, and issue reports or related content submitted through the Application.

3. How We Use Information
Collected information is used strictly for legitimate operational purposes, including providing access to public informational content, managing employee authentication and authorization, organizing and managing internal events, receiving and responding to reported issues, improving application performance, usability, and security, and ensuring internal accountability and operational transparency. Personal data is not sold, rented, or traded.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
Personal data is not shared with third parties except when required by applicable laws or legal obligations, when necessary for secure hosting, analytics, or technical services under strict confidentiality agreements, or with authorized Foundation administrators for internal operational needs. All third-party service providers are required to comply with appropriate data protection and confidentiality standards.

5. Data Storage and Security
Appropriate technical and organizational measures are implemented to protect data, including secure servers and encrypted connections (HTTPS), role-based access controls, restricted administrative access, and regular system monitoring and updates. Despite these measures, no digital system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

6. Data Retention
Public usage data is retained only for analytical and improvement purposes and is anonymized where possible. Employee-related data is retained for as long as the individual remains authorized or as required for operational, legal, or audit purposes.

7. User Rights
Depending on applicable laws, users may have the right to access their personal data, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion of personal data subject to legal and operational requirements, and object to or restrict certain processing activities. Requests can be submitted through the Foundation’s official contact channels.

8. Children’s Privacy
The Application is not intended for children under the age of 13. The Foundation does not knowingly collect personal data from children.

9. Policy Updates
This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Any changes will be reflected within the Application or through the Foundation’s official communication channels. Continued use of the Application after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
