Discover your Talent: “Taqat”

Taqat is a Continuing Education Center. The center trains employees and volunteers and strives to enhance the skills of the staff working for organizations, municipalities, and other bodies. Training is offered to delegations from outside Lebanon, as well. Moreover, the center hosts university students to fulfill their internship requirements prior to graduation. Courses are set and posted at the beginning of the year, applications are submitted accordingly.
Volunteers and staff are equally designated by two types of training:
1- Linear Training: by position (mandatory)
2- Modular Training: for all-like elective (optional).

While procuring trainers, some qualities are always in mind: Knowledgeable, Experienced, Creative, Well- prepared, Flexible and Well-organized
